    Staff overcharged me for my child’s bday. They called the owner on the phone who told me to pay the full balance and come back the next day to fix the issue as I could not leave their facility without paying my balance. I did as instructed and when I returned the next day the owner said there was nothing she could do about it and that it was already paid for.
    Worst customer service!
