    I had a scheduled appointment at 330 pm today. Was on time. I ordered a Manicure and Pedicure with nail gel. As the lady was doing my pedicure she stops and takes another customer. I was sitting there for 25 minutes didn't really notice the time because I was on my phone. Horrible customer service. This is not the first time it happened. For costly prices they should have the schedule done right. I had to walk out of there by 4:25 pm with no service done to my nails only removal of color. If you want timely manner this is not the place to go to. She still was assisting the other customer and didn't even tell me anything.
